Nick founded Nest Development over ten years ago, driven by a belief that good design, craftsmanship and sustainability should be central to how homes are built.
Before property, Nick spent twenty years producing high profile music videos and advertising campaigns, experience that shaped his approach to development: managing projects by bringing the best teams together to deliver a quality product on schedule, on budget and to exacting standards.
Nick leads Nest’s overall vision and growth, overseeing land acquisition, design direction & strategy. He is focused on growing the business through developing the brand and building well designed, sustainable homes that sit comfortably within their setting.
